// CLAUSE 01

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 7game10 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 7game10.bet. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any feature of the 7game10 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any supplementary policies referenced herein — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and Game-Specific Rules.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 7game10 platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform after any posted amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the 7game10 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions before registering an account or placing any wager:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of 7game10 or any affiliated entity or game provider.
• You must not have a previously self-excluded account on the 7game10 platform or any platform operated under the same entity.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

7game10 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during a player's account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a passport, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, PRC ID, or SSS/GSIS card.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on 7game10, you are required to create a personal account by completing the registration process on the platform. Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on 7game10. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete throughout the duration of your account.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account login details with any third party, nor allow any other person to access or use your 7game10 account.
• All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your sole responsibility.
• You must notify 7game10 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• 7game10 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security.

Account verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal can be processed. 7game10 reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and delay or forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

Deposits & Withdrawals

7game10 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and USDT (TRC-20 network). All transactions on the 7game10 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP), except for USDT transactions which are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of processing.

The minimum deposit on 7game10 is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Current limits are displayed in the Banking section of your account dashboard and may be updated by 7game10 from time to time with reasonable notice.

• Deposits are credited to your 7game10 wallet upon confirmation of receipt by the platform's payment system, typically within 30–60 seconds for GCash and PayMaya.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours for GCash and PayMaya on business days, subject to successful KYC verification and compliance checks.
• Bank transfer withdrawals to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are processed within 1–3 banking days.
• USDT withdrawals on the TRC-20 network typically settle within one hour of approval, subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• 7game10 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposit and withdrawal transactions. However, transaction fees levied by your bank, e-wallet provider, or blockchain network are your sole responsibility.

7game10 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction that appears unusual, large, or inconsistent with a player's account history. This may include requesting source-of-funds documentation in line with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Withdrawals may be placed on hold during any such review.

Bonuses & Promotions

7game10 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each offer and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all 7game10 promotions:

• Bonuses can only be claimed by players whose accounts have completed the standard KYC verification process.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your wallet. Wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully met before any winnings derived from bonus play can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps associated with each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 7game10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of any material changes that affect their active bonus balance.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to coordinated multi-account wagering, bonus arbitrage, or the use of automated wagering software — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings and may result in account closure.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 7game10 platform are operated under the game-specific rules published within each game interface and, where applicable, in the documentation provided by the respective game software provider. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the outcome of that game only.

7game10 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. The random number generators (RNGs) used in all electronic casino games on the platform are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors for randomness and statistical fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained croupiers operating under PAGCOR-supervised studio environments.

• All bets placed through the 7game10 platform are final once confirmed by the system, subject only to the outcome of the relevant game event or draw.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including but not limited to server disconnection, software error, or data corruption — 7game10 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's wallet.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official results published by the relevant governing body. 7game10 may use a designated official results provider for specific sports or tournaments.
• 7game10 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before wagering.

// CLAUSE 07

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7game10 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering more than one account on the 7game10 platform, or accessing the platform via an account not registered in your own name.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during account registration or the KYC verification process.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tools to interact with or gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, loopholes, or undocumented features to gain an unintended advantage.
• Engaging in collusive play with other players to manipulate game outcomes on any multi-player game or live table.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the source code of any 7game10 platform component.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the normal operation of the 7game10 platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your 7game10 account under any circumstances.
• Using the platform for commercial purposes, including reselling access or wagering on behalf of third parties for profit.

// CLAUSE 08

Intellectual Property

All content on the 7game10 platform — including but not limited to the 7game10 brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 7game10 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 7game10 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to download, copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any 7game10 content without the express prior written consent of 7game10.

Any unauthorised use of 7game10 intellectual property will constitute an infringement of our rights and may give rise to civil or criminal liability. Privacy & Data Protection

// CLAUSE 10

Responsible Gaming

7game10 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among our players. Gambling on 7game10 should be treated as a form of entertainment only. It is not a reliable source of income, and no betting strategy guarantees a profit over the long term.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 7game10 account holders and can be accessed directly through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous gameplay to encourage regular breaks.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period, after which access to real-money games will be restricted for the remainder of that period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) to take a break from gambling without permanently closing your account.

// CLAUSE 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7game10, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the 7game10 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other economic loss.

Without limiting the foregoing, 7game10's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 7game10 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 7game10 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency system updates, and third-party service outages may temporarily affect platform availability. 7game10 will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime.

// CLAUSE 12

Amendments & Account Termination

7game10 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the 7game10 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.

7game10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent or suspicious activity; failure to complete KYC verification; a court order or regulatory direction; or any other circumstance that 7game10 determines poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties. Upon closure of an account for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via the registered payment method after the completion of any required compliance review.

// CLAUSE 13

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7game10 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming operators in the Philippines. Any disputes relating to 7game10's compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations may be escalated to PAGCOR through its established player dispute resolution channels.

In the event of a dispute between you and 7game10 arising from the interpretation, performance, or alleged breach of these Terms, you agree to first contact 7game10's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the matter cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) calendar days of your written notice to 7game10, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution through the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, to whose exclusive jurisdiction both parties irrevocably submit.
